CNF Workshop
Learn the ins and outs of the purest and most beautiful discipline in freediving!
CNF is the trickiest of the freediving disciplines, but thanks to Roberto’s swimming background and years focusing on this discipline, he’s got your back! (-81 CNF and 156 DNF)
During this workshop you will have one theory session where you will understand the keys to this discipline, followed by a session in the pool where you will start applying all the new learned knowledge. The next day there will be a session in a cenote where you will apply all the new skills recently learned so you can get the most out of your CNF trainings.
