Monofin Workshop
The monofin is the most powerful tool you can use while freediving. The deepest world records are usually set with it, but it won’t take you anywhere if you don’t have the right technique while using it.
Through this workshop, you will learn to appreciate how to “feel” the water to maximize the power of your monofin technique — getting the most out of every propulsion with the least effort. Learn all the tricks you need to know from Roberto — whose taken the monofin to -100 meters deep!
The workshop will begin with one theory session to teach you the keys to this discipline, followed by a session in the pool where you will practice all your new learned knowledge. The next day there will be a depth session in a cenote, where you will apply all the skills from the theory and pool to get the most out of your CWT dives.
