FIM Workshop
Because Free Immersion is the most relaxing discipline, it may also seem like the easiest. But that’s far from the truth! There is a surprising amount of technique involved to do FIM in the most efficient way possible, which makes a big difference for the length and depth of your dives.
During this workshop, you will learn all the subtleties to achieve a smooth FIM technique. You will master body position, coordination, feeling of the water/glide, streamline, dive strategy, and more.
This is a one day workshop. In the morning, we will review the theory behind the FIM discipline, followed by a depth session in a cenote where you will apply all the recently learned knowledge. The depth session will be followed by a personalized review of your technique with skills feedback through video footage. Option to add on a second training day to fully hone this technique.
